Delete account — the Player11 reading account and the contest-platform account.
Player11 does not run a wallet or process contests. The /delete-account/ flow covers two separate pathways: the Player11 reading account and a generic workflow for contest platforms like Dream11, My11Circle, and MPL.
Deleting the Player11 reading account
Player11's reading account is reader-only. Deleting it removes the email, the saved reading list, and the Saturday-morning preferences. No balance to withdraw, since Player11 does not run a wallet.
Sign in to the reading account
Open the Player11 reading app or visit player11in.com/login/. Sign in with the email associated with the reading account.
Open account settings
Tap the avatar in the top-right corner. The account settings screen appears.
Tap Delete account
Scroll to the bottom of the account settings screen and tap Delete account. A confirmation screen explains what gets removed.
Confirm by replying to the email
A confirmation email is sent to the address on file. Tap the link inside the email within 24 hours. The reading account is removed within 7 days.
Deleting a contest-platform account
The Player11 reading desk does not manage contest-platform accounts. Deleting a Dream11, My11Circle, or MPL account follows a separate flow on each platform.
Withdraw any balance first
Withdraw any balance to your verified bank account or UPI ID. Closed accounts cannot process withdrawals.
Exit all open contests
Wait until open contests settle. Closed accounts cannot be exited mid-contest.
Email the platform's customer care
Send a delete-account request to the platform's customer-care email. Include your registered email, your user ID, and a clear "delete my account" instruction.
Confirm by replying to the platform's email
Most platforms confirm by sending a one-time link. Tap the link and the account is removed within 7-30 days.

Timing and partial delete
Reading-account deletion completes within 7 days of the confirmation link. Most deletions complete within 48 hours. Player11 keeps a deletion log for regulatory purposes — the log records the timestamp of the deletion request and the date the deletion completed, but does not retain the email, the saved reading list, or the preferences.
Partial delete
Readers who want a partial delete (clear the saved reading list but keep the email for future sign-in) can write to [email protected]. The desk clears the saved reading list within 24 hours and confirms by email.
For contest-platform accounts, partial delete is not usually offered — most platforms require full deletion. Contact the platform's customer care team for the partial-delete path if needed.
After deletion
After deletion, the email address on file cannot be used to sign in to the Player11 reading app or web reader. The saved reading list, the Saturday-morning preferences, and the captain-matrix subscriptions are removed. Email communications stop within 7 days. Reading-list preferences clear within 24 hours. Captain-matrix subscriptions clear within 24 hours.
If you want to return after deletion, you can sign up again with the same email address. The reader-side dashboard does not remember any prior preferences. The reading list is rebuilt from scratch.
Data removal and retention
Player11 removes the reader's account data within 7 days of the confirmation link tap. The email address on file is purged; the saved reading list is purged; the captain-matrix subscriptions are unsubscribed; the Saturday-morning preferences are cleared. A deletion log is retained for regulatory purposes — the log records the deletion timestamp and the date the deletion completed, but does not retain the email, the reading list, or the preferences.
If you want to confirm a deletion completed, send a note to [email protected] from a separate email. The desk confirms by replying within 7 days.
Re-opening the reading account
If you decide to return to the Player11 reading desk after deletion, sign up again with the same email address. The reading-side dashboard does not remember any prior preferences. The saved reading list is rebuilt from scratch. The captain-matrix subscriptions re-subscribe from the new account. The Saturday-morning preferences start fresh.
