What Player11 reads

Player11 reads only the data needed to publish the desk and the reading app. The desk does not load third-party trackers, advertising pixels, social media scripts, or analytics platforms that share data across sites. Player11's web reader uses one first-party analytics shim that records a single session token for the duration of the visit; no third-party tracker is loaded.

What Player11 stores

The reading desk stores the following data on the reader's device or on Player11's first-party database:

• The reader's email address, if they have signed up for the reading account.
• The reader's saved reading list, if they have signed in to the reading app.
• The reader's preferences for which fixtures and which guides to surface, if they have chosen to set them.

Player11 does not store payment data, government IDs, or any deposit information — the desk does not run a wallet, and the contest platforms handle payment data under their own privacy notices.

What Player11 does not do

The desk does not load third-party trackers, does not sell reader data, does not load advertising pixels, does not register reader activity with social platforms, and does not build reader profiles for cross-site advertising.

Third-party services

Player11 does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media scripts. The desk's reading app does not load analytics SDKs. The web reader does not load analytics pixels. The desk's email system is operated by a managed email service. The email service maintains the desk's mailing list, sends weekly captain reads, and stores the email addresses that have signed up for the reading account. The desk's email service does not share data with third parties.

Data retention

Player11 retains the email address, the saved reading list, and the preferences for the duration of the reading account. Once the account is deleted, the data is removed within 7 days, except for a deletion log retained for regulatory purposes — the log records the deletion timestamp and the date of completion, but does not retain the email, the reading list, or the preferences.

The desk retains no payment data, no government IDs, no wallet information, and no deposit records. The desk does not run a wallet. The desk does not process payments.
